Information we may handle
We may handle business names, public website URLs, business email addresses, contact names, project messages, files you choose to provide, and notes needed to manage a project.
Patient and health information
We do not request patient health information for website reviews. Please do not send patient records, appointment details, medical histories, or other private health information unless a separate written agreement and safeguards are in place.
Opt-out
If you do not want to receive future outreach from us, reply with “no” or contact us at hello@patientpathstudio.com. We will add you to our do-not-contact list.
